Rash on head of penis????
About 3 days ago i noticed the head of my penis being a lil red i though nothing of it. But it is still there and is causing a very slight aching pain there are lil red dots aka rash i am using a bactoban cream. I havent had sex so its not an std and i keep it clean also i havent masturbated since i noticed the rash "just thought u should no ". What could it be and what could the causes b????

Probably an irritation of some sort, which would be best helped with hydrocortisone. If you are in the habit of going commando, it could be irritation from that. It could also be simply from excess heat if your shorts are snug. Switch to boxers for a few days to get some air circulating in there, and go au naturel at night when sleeping. If it doesn't improve with the hydrocort cream, then you may do better to go see the doctor. It could be a form of yeast infection, spread to the area from your hands. While bactoban is good for lots of critters, yeast isn't on the list. For that you would need a cream like Lotrimin, also sold in pharmacies where the athlete's feet remedies are sold. Meantime, don't be messing with it, and touch it only with fresh washed hands, and then only when necessary until the problem clears up.
