Sometimes my left testicle hurts?!

Sometimes my left testicle hurts?

it just randomly happen usually when i am sitting like in class, it will start hurting and will keep going untill i stand up or just wait it out, i have checked my testicle and i dont feel a lump, i am getting a physical on the 20th of july so if it doesnt go away by then i will ask the physician but i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this... it did stop hurting after school stoped but it is starting to come back

i ride a bike sometimes but its not even a mile and they are quick trips, but i do weightlift, but i havent been doing leg excersices like squat, deadlifts, things like that because i hurt my back

I have had the exact same problem. It also tends to ache recently during work (i'm on my feet for 8+hours) but once i sit down and relax it tends to go away. I'm actually going to the doctor tomorrow. I will let you know what i find out.

i went to the doctor friday and he said it may be a blood flow related issue. he advised the switch from boxers to briefs, or something with a little more support, when i knew that i would be on my feet for hours at a time. Also, the doc said that sometimes a urinary tract infection will sometimes spread and that may be what caused the random pains and i was prescribed some anti-biotics to take for about a week. hope this was helpful
