Do you think its okay to do my pushups twice a day?!

Do you think its okay to do my pushups twice a day?

I am just starting out. I weigh about 340lbs at a height of 5 ft. 8 inces and can only do like13 full pushups at a time. After number 13 I can switch to my knees and have gone on to do like 7 more half pushups. What do you think?

Congradulatios on taking the first step to fighting obesity! yes you should do them as often as you can. Have you ever seen the biggest loser? they work out for 3-5 hours a day. just rember to eat right an try going on walks. and eat lots of jenno-o lean turkey and if you get a craving for sweets try MetRX protien shakes make sure you get the ones low in sugar. they are great and rember you want to build muscle becase when your obese and you lose weight some of the first weight to go is your muscle mas if you dont eat enough protien. so good luck. and push yourself if you do 13 and your tired. lay on your back do some sit ups than go back to the push ups! you can do it keep up the good work!
