You probably have orgasms, they might just not be very intense. If you do it the normal way (with your hand) you probably just need to stretch out your sessions. Like, try going for 5-8 minutes and see if that makes a difference. If that doesn't help, then you might just not be developed enough to really experience an orgasm. Since you can ejaculate, you should be able to have one soon.
