I've tested twice for std's and came out negative but there sumthin goin on eoth my hangman theres some itching and some white fluid like substance and im uncut i wash daily i dont know what could it be im waiting for my insurance to kick in but i want to get some type of hint as to what it could be

Sounds like a yeast infection...are you sexually active? And I know your a man....men can get them too if they have unprotected sex with a women that has one.
