Ok well about a week ago i noticed a red bump on the lower part of my penis, it doesn't itch, hurt, or cause any discomfort. What is it, im getting a little worried. Also i have it seems like a distachement of the top part of my testicle, but it wont move around. Just like a part that isnt fully attached, and that is really getting me worried.

Please answer quick in case this is something serious..

Probably a zit, yeah you can get them on your junk,
But seriously see a doctor, It's worth a little embarassment if it's nothing serious.

But if it's the Sh*t, I mean a serious STD or cancer now is your best chance of finding a solution you can live with.

And I mean "LIVE" as opposed to die with!
