It is not necessarily true that when you dream about urinating that you are actually urinating in bed. However, there are MANY cases where that does happen and there is really not much you can do about it except prepare in advance. Make sure the last thing you do before bed is to hit the bathroom. If this has happened to you and it is an extremely rare occurance then don't worry about it. Just wash the sheets, clean it up and move on.
