Workouts and Protein?!
Question:
Workouts and Protein?
I workout 3 to 5 days a week. I do 35 mins of Cardio each workout then depending on the day workout the upper body or lower body.
Is it good to take some sort of protein? Before or after workout? What is a good brand?

Yes it is good to add protein to you diet/workout routine. There are many brands and it would be a personal choice of what you like- whey or soy protein will work fine but any protein will help...
Bet I could lift more than you!!! I can lift at least 20 times my weight- how 'bout you?
