Why do muscles pull in legs and feet all the time?!

Question:

Why do muscles pull in legs and feet all the time?

Answers:

If your feet and legs behave in any way like mine do, then you could have a problem where your muscles/tendons in your legs are too tight. Most people are able to bend their ankles beyond a 90-degree angle to where their toes can be bent towards their legs. In my case, my heel cords and leg muscles are so tight that I cannot even make the "neutral" (90 degree angle) position. I have spoken with an orthopedic suregon about this and about the only possible cure for this is surgery. Stretching your legs out, with the help of physical therapy, may cure it for you. It did not work in my case. The surgery involves cutting the muscles from the tendons and being placed in a cast for six weeks with my ankles in about a 110 to 120 degree position to allow the muscles to grow into their new positions.

Again... It may be advisable though if I knew a little about your problem. I am writing from my own personal experience that may not be your own

Hope this helps some.
