How could you gain muscle quick and loose weight without having to take anything such as creatine.?


Answers:

Lift heavier weights with 8-12 reps, i.e. using a weight for 8 or 12 reps that is heavy enough that you can't get 9 reps, etc. and do 3-4 sets. When you use weights this heavy you should rest for at least 48-72 hours between workouts or you won't fully recover. Split your workout days to doing upper body and lower body on different days. While you are recovering eat plenty of high quality protein and carbs. Creatine won't do much for muscle size, it's extremely over hyped but it might give you more energy during your work out. So will orange juice since it's full of frutose (sugar) but better for you than creatine.
