Male, has belly fat, anyone with advice on best exercises to lose gut would be welcomed need to lose by aug
46 yrs old need to lose beer gut by august, need good exercises to target gut. any good fat burners would help also.

try to do some sit- ups
if you cant
take a walk/jog
eat healthier and limit your fast food and pop/lemonade/crystal light/prettymuch anything with sugar
you will probably have withdrawl headaches if you stop cold turkey
so ease yourself down
each couple days take yourself off your diet now and gear towards a healther diet
some ideas are
egg salad sandwiches
water(plenty of it)
organic foods
organic cereal
i think toe touches might help
and i think knee raises will
knee raises are when you lift your knee high enough to touch your elbows
do 2 sets of 25 of those
toe touches are when your feet are shoulder with apart
you touch your opposite hand to opposite foot
