Yes it's normal, in fact, you're probably larger than most guys your age. 6.25 inches is also larger than average for most grown men, so consider yourself lucky. You will most likely grow some more, but probably a half an inch at the most. Although, you could gain quite a bit more, it all depends on genetics.
