my left testicle is half inch below than the right one. but both is same in size. i am observing it for 5 years. what should i do?

This is normal, one testicle is, in most cases, always decended down slightly lower than another one. Half of an inch is OK; however, if it were over one whole inch, you may want to get an expert opinion on it. I do not think that having one decended one-half inch is a problem. I believe that most men (approximately 75%) have one testicle lower than another
