A few things first. Urine is actually sterile when it leaves your body, and as such "flushes" out whatever bacteria gets under the foreskin (but yeah, it might still sting). And secondly, you should never again use hydrogen peroxide as that'll make things worse (and it hurts). So now here's what you should do.

Let the wound heal naturally. Until it's fully healed, try to avoid moving your foreskin around (so no masturbation or whatnot). The only times you should move your foreskin back is when you're urinating (because leftover urine can irritate the wound) and when you're taking a shower/bath. When taking a shower/bath, pull it back and wash the area with water and a mild (preferrably scentless) soap, as strong or scented soaps can irritate the wound and make it worse. Afterwards, dry the area gently with a clean towel. If you want you can apply neosporin to help it heal a bit faster, or moisturizing lotion or lotion with aloe vera or something.

The wound (which sounds like a raw/sore spot) might've been caused by masturbating too much/too roughly. If this is the case, in the future either masturbate a little less or use a little lubrication so you don't irritate the area as much. And again, certain soaps or detergents can irritate the foreskin so it might be worth switching those things.

If the wound doesn't heal properly it could tighten and cause phimosis (a condition where the foreskin opening is too tight/narrow for it to be pulled back easily). It really shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to fully heal, so just bear it out (but if it persists for more than 2 weeks, see a doctor ASAP). In the future, take better care of your area and never use hydrogen peroxide on it again.

See the links below for some info that may help. Good luck with whatever you try. (Oh, btw, ignore any comments that might suggest circumcision, especially if that's not what you want and it's probably not in your best interest anyway).
