How can i know that my sperm is good and healty?

I have been married month ago. I just curious, my sperm is come out a lot and seems white and creamy.It seems normal. But how can we know that it is really healthy and possible to make our wife pregnant.

Can anyone suggesting a home-test solution. That's not mean i am neglected to go to clinic, but i just don't want to take this seriously. I just want to know.

What you do is get a sterile container, make a deposit into the container and take it to the doctor. They will put it under the microscope and count the sperm. As long as you have lots of swimming little guys, then you have happy healthy sperm. Be patient getting your wife pregnant, it will happen when the time is right.
