Okay! Let's say that you read the Playboy magazine every month, and you also download a few porn movies...everyday... You have no problem with this, and can openenly do so in front of your wife.
If you can do both of those, then why is it - that you hide a Penthouse magazine from 2001 in the bathroom, on the top cabinet where your wife can't see [because she's too short]?
Before I blow a fuse and think about what else my husband is hiding, please explain that scenario to me!

Okay-my husband doesn't need counseling, and neither do I. Porn may be degrading to women-but men are visualizers, and I'm okay with that. Plus the porn he downloads we use to add some spice to our sexlives every now and then. Not only does it turn him on, but it turns me on too.

We have no kids, we live in a new place so there wasn't any forgetting involved (and yes-the mag is his..I put it in his foot locker when I was helping him move out of his old dorm last year), and we never have friends over.

Why are the majority of you making me sound like a bad person here? I'm not. I'm just trying to get some insight as to why some MARRIED MEN do this.
Answers:
Simple answer may be that he wants it in the bathroom to get off with, and putting it on the top shelf gets it out of sight for any other visitors--friends, neighbors, the plumber or other repairman. Maybe he is just trying to be discrete and avoid embarrassment from someone outside.
