Timetable for the gym:
Monday:Weight Training - Chest N Tricep and Cardio
Tuesday: Weight Training - Bicep N Back and Cardio
Wednesday: Weight Training - Shoulders N Traps and Cardio
Thursday: Weight Training - Abs N Legs and Cardio
Friday: Break
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Break

Is this a good timetable!!!


Answers:

It is a decent "timetable" but i would make some modifications. I would move one rest day to better break up your weight training days. Move either your Friday break or Saturday cardio to Wednesday and push everything else back one day. This gives your muscles more time to recover. Too many days in a row and you will have slower recovery times. You might also want to consider a "push pull" routine if you find you are getting very sore do to too many similar exercises each day.
