i tried a condom on for the first time today i dont know if it was to small or what because it was a life style i dident un do it all the way i put it on the the head and pulled it down but it was hard for it to stay down over my penis whats wrong. my girl wanted to do it to!

You and your girl need to get reliable birth control, and learn how to properly use it before becoming sexually active. If you are mature enough to have sex, then you need to me mature enough to educate yourself on how to protect each other and prevent an unplanned pregnancy.
