i am 14 years old and i cant masterbate. I try really hard, but nothing comes out. Am I sick? Do I have prostate cancer? Please help!

First of all there's no way you can have prostate cancer. You'd have to be over 40 at the very least. It's entirely possible that your body just might not produce semen yet. Some guys don't ejaculate until they're 15 or so. It's also possible that you're trying too hard with masturbating.

Just touch your penis in whatever way feels best for you. Most guys make a fist around their penis and move that fist up and down, but you can get more creative if that doesn't work for you. A lot of guys use some kind of lubrication (like hand lotion) between the hand and the penis because it can feel better.

If you do this for long enough, the good feelings will build up and then you'll feel the orgasm. It's hard to describe but you'll know it when you feel it. Again, something may/may not come out. If nothing comes out and you've felt the orgasm, then your body simply hasn't produced semen yet (just in case, you can try to keep going if you doubt you're at orgasm yet). Give it some time. And sometimes if you're trying to hard, nothing will happen because you're too tensed up. Just let it happen and enjoy.
