I have blisters on my penis as a side effect from tegretol what can i do about them?

there is no chance of them being a std they have only happened since i started my medication

the reason there is no chance of it being a std is because i have been married 4 years i have not had sex with anyone but my wife for 4 years we were both screened for stds when we were trying to conceive also my medication says that this is a side effect
