Weight Training???!

Weight Training???

what are some exercises i can do with dumbells to build my pecs and deltoids???

and give me something other than pushups and flys and stuff, i already do those.


Answers:

Depending on the weight of the dumbells you can do:
Pecs:
incline/flat/decline bench press
Delts:
Lateral raises
Front raises
Reverse flys

With push-ups and flys you should be able to see some results. If not you should check you diet it is almost as important as you lifting routine.
