What is a healthy waist size range for a man?!

Question:

What is a healthy waist size range for a man?

I fit into size 32-34 in pants and jeans.

What is the healthy range for a man?

Answers:

Waist size is one of the best risk indicators of heart disease, larger equating more chance. That being said, anything under about 35 to 36" is considered healthy, depending on your height and build (36" at 6'3" is about the same as 34" at 5'4").

Also, it is more important to actually measure the waistline properly 2" above the naval and not base your measurement on pants sizes- depending on the manufacturer, these can vary widely.
