Karan, if your kidney stone(s) are gone and you aren't in any pain and have no infections, there should be no reason to wait to resume sexual activity. If you are taking an antibiotic, I would wait until you're finished taking them.
If everything is OK, and you're just wondering about the lithotripsy procedure, that's simply an ultrasound procedure, so you should be able to resume sexual activity when you want.
