Oh boy. I'm a surgical nurse for a urologist and I've seen the damage this can do. A guy used one of those dust busters (hand-held vacuum thing), put his penis in it because he thought the suction would feel good and the blade chewed up the head of his penis. After reconstructive surgery, it still looked pretty bad. Please don't try it!
