ok an orgasm occurs in males as they ejaculate. semen gets shot out of the erect penis and this either causes or is accompanied by many good feelings.
heartburn is when acid from the stomach is forced past the gastric sphincter into the esophagus where it burns as the esophagus is not as well protected as the stomach. treatments are H2 receptor antagonists and proton pump inhibitors, or mylanta - actually reacts with acid and forms salts. thus stopping further damage.
