my partners sex drive is alot lower than mine is there any thing we can do to increase her sex drive

Pay her more romantic attention. When she gets home from work, sit her down to a nice meal, tidy house and talk to her about her day. Sit down with her in the evening, switch off the tv and have a conversation with a bottle of wine. If you don't live together, try and recapture some of the moments that made your relationship special in the beginning.
Basically, men and women are different when it comes to sex - women need love to have sex and men need sex to show love. Because of this, the needs are different and it may be best to make it more romantic for your partner so she feels safe, warm and loved with you.
If that doesn't work, then your hand is there as a back up.
