half my pubic hair has turned white and its softer than the rest of the brown hair and ive got a brown mark leading from the tip of my penis to 1 of the testicles. whats wrong?

Anyone poured bleach over your genitalia? Only thing I can think of, some sort of reaction to some very, very toxic stuff...I suggest you go see a doctor immediately.
