Work out and weight loss?!

Work out and weight loss?

I am 17, 6'3", and I weigh 250 lbs. I need to start working out and losing weight. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to get started? I think that a good thing to start is Push-ups, any good ideas? thanks


Answers:

sure... well as a start walking half an hour daily is fine and drinking alot of water avoiding fizzy drinks and candies and no supper
