He has always regarded this girl as attractive and claims he wasn't thinking anything sexual about her at time and he didn't stop thinking about talking to her until he noticed the hard on. Is possible she was the reason he had an erection? Serious answers only, please!

He swears that he wasn't thinking about talking to her for more than a few minutes and that he couldn't have gotten an erection with a few minutes by thinking about e-mailing her. But he told me it is possible she could be the reason.

I'll speak for myself, whenever I see any woman thats half way attractive I think about having sex with her, I will look at her body and imagine her naked and how she would be in bed. I have been married 18 years and NEVER cheated on my wife...go figure.
