Do i have tesculiar cancer?

I am 14 and have found a BB sized painless lump in my right testicle. It hasn't changed size any and i think it may not be cancer but i want your opinion.

More details: well there isn't any pain at all anywere. there is no swelling and ther is no blood in my semon. So could it just be a hormone thing?

I can't be sure, but you should see a doctor asap!! Even if it turns out to be nothing, you will have peace of mind. Otherwise, it could develop into something much worse.
