4'11 1/2 short?

is 4'11 1/2 short for a just turned 12 year old boy over a month ago?

its okay... im 13 n just 5... i guess it can depend on ur parents heght... u knw my dad was 4'9 when he was 16 !!! and now he is 5'11 ... see.. it is different times for people.. when their height increase
