Does anybody know any easy things that u could do for a good workout?

Answers:

shadow boxing. stetch first though, warm your muscles up. do a few push ups, sit ups, V ups, whatever turns your crank. depends on if you want cardio or strength training too. shadow boxing can work for either one. but if you want to strength train, then you need something you can hit, like a punching bag, or if you have a friend with some focus pads that'll work too. just make sure you know how to hold the pads properly. if it's just cardio that you're going after though, then scroll through the list of strikes, and take 10 or so swings at them(jab, cross, hook, etc). then try combo's (jab,jab,cross; jab, hook, hook.. and so on) then once your upper body's been worked, start on kicks, Or start skipping on the spot, stay on your toes, don't let your heels touch the floor, try that for about 5-10mins. if you push yourself the whole way through, then 20mins should have gotten a good sweat going. other than something to hit if you want strength training, there's no equipment necessary. just an open space.
