Is there anyway to get rid of body acne?!

Is there anyway to get rid of body acne?

i have acne along my chest and neck it just got there idk how but how do i get rid of it ive been washing with soap no lotions or anything cuz i know that clogs pores what can i do?

best thing i can think of is to was it and when u sweat rinse it off
