Important question about weight training?

wen doing weight training do you have to do same amount of sets on each muscle you work on or can you different.
and how do you chose how many sets and reps to do?


Answers:

On sets and reps...

Depends on what you are going for...

If you want to be lean and cut...go with higher reps like 4 sets of 12 on each muscle.

If you want mass. You want to stay between 6-8 reps and do about 5-6 sets

Also, you want to work three different exercises for each large mucle.
