Any advise for a 17 year old male who is planing to move out of parents house in a year?

i'm about to turn 17 on tuesday and i,m plaining on moveing out of my parents house next july, can anyone give me any tips or advise for me to think about or do in this next year. i have a pretty good job for someone my age i make 11.50 a hour, and i already own two nice cars that run good and there also paided for
