What will this do for me???
IF i just eat a big breakfast no lunch and a small Dinner and workout and walk on treadmill for a week how much good will it do and how bout if i do this for like a month?? will i be able to get more built and get abs and lose my man boobs??? i am curently 5'5 and weight 140

in addition to ur exercise and dieting techniques(like this appears to me) u shud never forget to take in high protein diet like milk, pulses,sprouts,fish and green veggies and u'll surely lose those boobs and built abs....
