Lizard in the Milk !!!! plzz help right now !?

After everyone drank the milk, it was later found that there was a home lizard in the milk vessel !!!!

No side effects as yet.. it happened just 3 hrs ago.

Could this be fatal? or dangerous to health?
Should we go to the doctor right now???

If no one ingested the lizard along with the milk..you're fine. Poor Lizard.
