At what age can i start weightlifting?!

At what age can i start weightlifting?

i am 15..how often do i do it?


Answers:

I started working out when I was 12 and I work out 5 days a week. Also get more active by doing more activities outside such as running, biking, hiking, or climbing. These outdoor activities will complement with what ever you do for weightlifting.
