This is a sure fire way to lose weight without too much pain: 1. Eat a hearty breakfast anything you want, just fill up (but dont over do it). 2. for five days out of the week skip lunch 3. For 5 days during he week become a vegetarian for dinner, eat only fruts and vegetables, eat by 7:00pm if possible (if you get weak and gotta eat some real food, eat it by 6:30 pm). 4. Excersize, for 4 days out of the week walk 2 miles. 5. On Thursday fast entire day but you can drink water and sweet drinks (not to much sweet drinks). 6. On Sunday (Sabboth day) eat anything you want at anytime just dont over do it. You need at least one day without all the stress so you will have at least something to look forward to. 7. On Monday get back to your routine. 8. (I ALMOST FORGOT, YOU NEED TO GET 7 TO 8 HRS OF SLEEP A NIGHT, THIS SPEEDS UP YOUR METABOLISM)
