I have a small penis and it effects my self esteem, what do i do?

I am 15 and my penis is only 4 1/2' at full erection , my ex girlfriend wanted to have sex with me but i didnt bc i am to nervouse due to the size. I am only 5'4 and weigh 170. I do have some fat cartilage around the penis area. HELP!!!!!
