Please help asap?

ahhh, i feel so sick. I'm really cold! I feel really hot though! Before I had wierd bumps that came out of no where in my mouth....??? One by my back tooth kinda, and a few in my throght... Kinda white like filled with water the one by my tooth and the ones in my throught were just red, and my throught looked red and glads were swalling. I have a headace and feel really sick and bad. =( What should I do? Please tell me asap! Not see a doctor tell me anything else because I will do that soon if I can. lol, thanks! I feel just weak, i still can eat, just not as much as before. I question the bumps in my mouth mainly?

Also, I've been drinking a lot of water.... I took a multi-vitamin too, oh and I'm 13.

This sounds like a severe form of strep throat called scarlet fever or scarletina. You must get medical treatment or it can cause long-lasting damage. Get off the computer and get to the nearest urgent care center or emergency room! NOW!
