So, my brother got surgery when he was about 16. Something to do with his chest. He since pasted away from an unrelated thing, but I wanted to know. He had "pointy" nipples. Even with muscle and/or alittle fat, he has pointy nipples.. Now I have had the same problem, but never really cared, but I wanted to know the reason. If my nipples get hard they look normal, but when they are soft they are pointy and very unattrative. I notice there was some kind of hard tissue under the nipple. It has been there forever but it's something I noticed. Also, it's noticable thru my shirts.. I really don't wear tshirts in public because of it. Anyway It's not an issue of just fat.. so I want to know what else it may be. I am getting older and am considering seeing someone to fix the problem.

dude same here, mine dont sound as bad (no offence) but i have the same problem so dont feel alone. mine are more big then pointy, but when im cold they become normal, but they do stick through me shirt, and thats why i dont wear t shirts
