Workout Plan!!??!

Workout Plan!!??

I'm short and a little chunky. Please give me a workout plan that will give me results before summer is over!!
EX: Mon. run Tues. lift weights etc.

everday:

follow these steps:

1. eat less calories-cut your calorie intake without starving yourself

2. go jogging (or any other kind of fat burning excerise.. don't over do it! stop when you begin to feel faint or weak)

3. do 10 reps of these crunches: (this will only take a little bit of your time and also help to define your abs so when you begin to lose weight you won't have loose skin.)

regular crunch (when you go up squeeze your stomach.. kind of like flexing the muscles.. hold it for like a second)

a regular crunch but go up to the right (same thing as above but this time go to the side to work on the sides of your abs)

same thing as above but to the left

leg lifts (put your thumbs together and lay on your hands like under your butt, lift your legs up and hold it for a second, then lower them)

bicycles (an old classic, but these work ever part of your abs)

hip rock (rest your head in your hands with your elbows spread wide apart, your head SHOULD NOT be touching the floor for this one, put your feet together and rock your hips back and forth.

4. stick to three meals a day. no snacks inbetween. whenever you feel the craving for a snack grab a water bottle. water fills you up so you won't want those extra snacks.
