Im 17 5/11 171 and i feel im in decent shape but my butt if fat and i have man boobs it really wouldnt be a problem but Im playing football and the kids on the team make fun of me when i take off my shirt. Not only that in august a beautiful girl that i like is having a pool party and i want to impress her.
I CANT GET SURGERY OR A BRO TO FIX MY PROBLEM
I need actual answers for results i only have 40 daysto loose the man boobs and flatten my butt.

push ups and bench press. Don't go for weight on the bench press, go for reps. This will tone up your chest.
running will tone up your butt.
