every time i masturbate [which is everyday], just below my stomach, above my penis. the pelvic part. i feel this slight throbbing pain. not the whole part. but some kind of vein. could it be thrombosis or something more serious? i feel it only when i masturbate. But when i pee or sit or run or etc, i feel nothing.

You know if you think it might be serious, then you should ask a doctor that question, maybe it s the start of a problem or it can actually be nothing at all... you shouldn t be shy of the doctor as he is there to help you not to judge you seriously... I think it would be wise then to pay him a visit just to check that everything is alright... take care
