Men can also lactate, guys often lactate some during puberty, some may not even know it other than having some crusty residue on their nipples. Female hormones cause breast growth and also milk production, and guys also produce a limited amount of female hormones. Some guys may even lactate some when their wife is pregnant or nursing, just normal human stuff.
