Is Sleeping on my stomach bad while in puberty??

I've been sleeping in the same position since I was a baby which is on my stomach and I was wondering is this bad for penis growth, because I'm sure you males know the uncomfort of laying on the stomach while your penis feels squished lol. I'm 15 and just wondering........
