Now i was on amoxxacillen for my toncles they were infected. Now still no change and i go see a urilogyst. all of the antibiotics ive been taking should of gotten rid of the UTI but still if i drink anyless then a couple of gallons of water a day and keep my urin clear it burns. I would bet money that you're going to be just fine. Obviously you've had adequate antibiotic treatment for just about any type of infection! Since your tests came back ok, my guess is that you have residual inflammation from the original infection which is very, very common. Relax. Push the fluids, take an over the counter anti-inflammatory and allow your body to heal. Good luck.
PS: Regarding the response from the guy above - You are NOT dealing with pyelonephritis at all - you would have a raging fever and feel like you've been "kidney punched" (severe pain in the flank area), and most likely be peeing blood. Not only have I worked for a urologist for years, I have had pyelonephritis several times.
