Workout problem!?!?!?!?!??!?
I have been trying to buff up to look and feel good. But, I can't seem to keep to my schedule and eventually I stop. I work out on week days and rest on weekends. How can I continue to motivate myself?

While it may sound trite, I have found that REVENGE is an EXTREMELY powerful motivator. By that I mean that if someone (usually a female) has perhaps told you that your physique....................is less than impressive..........in one manner or another, getting a body that she would "do anything for" and then "building that body" can be all the motivation any man needs. And when it arrives you can say....."EAT YOUR HEART OUT". BTDT. Believe Me ........... it works.
