well you may want to check out the book "multi-orgasmic man" by mantak chia and that has some good things......it's difficult without doing the start and stop thing. You can learn to have an orgasm without ejaculating but that would involve a start stop thing again. Stoping an ejaculation from exiting the body isn't good either as it is called a retrograde ejaculation and that is where the semen goes into your bladder instead of coming out......it will next time you pee but the force could cause irritation to the valve that normally shuts off during an erection
